Back to School – For GIRLS, Part 3

Sleep. Some girls like it more than others. We all need it. Hormonal girls need enough sleep! I’m talking, in bed by 10. Going to bed late and not getting enough sleep is a recipe for a hormone disaster. Remember that female [and all] bodies heal themselves, balance themselves and get themselves together at night while we’re asleep. We each have a built in hormone-balancer. Did you know that?! It’s called sleep. I can tell the difference in my hormones when I go to bed early and when I’m up way too late blogging. Try it. Her hormones will thank you.
