Back to School Germs: What to do if you get SICK, Part 7

Continue to take your vitamins. Getting all of those nutrients is of utmost importance when fighting illness. We will be discussing individual oils and additional things to do when you’re sick later. For now, get some fresh air, get additional sleep, additional water, eats lots of fresh produce, avoid sugar and dairy, use Breathe and OnGuard religiously, and take your vitamins.
