Essential oils have been used for thousands of years. A few years ago, I was a new dōTerra user. I didn’t know anyone who taught classes or could share any info with me. Back to School – For GIRLS, Part 4
Remember what I mentioned before about being what you eat? Well, when it
comes to hormones, you really, really are. What to eat lots of: Fruits and Veggies, Leafy greens, Whole grains. Endocrine disrupters: Soda [sugar AND chemical sweeteners], Dairy
[concentrated cow hormones—we definitely do NOT any added hormones floating
around in there!]. I would challenge anyone facing any hormone issues to avoid
completely soda and dairy for 1 week. Let us know how it goes! Your hormones
will thank you.
