Sleep. Yeah, back to the old bedtime routine. Wasn’t summer great when kids were running around barefoot all evening and we would call them in at dusk (you know, 9pm)? Well, going back to school along with the change in season go hand in hand. In order for your body to fight all of those school germs, you need to rest. Kids need about 10-12 hours of sleep per night. I’m the mean mom who puts her kids to bed at 7pm during the school year. They wake up rested and refreshed and ready to learn and play.
Essential oils have been used for thousands of years. A few years ago, I was a new dōTerra user. I didn’t know anyone who taught classes or could share any info with me. All I had was my Modern Essentials book and my brain. I eventually found some people who knew more than me, which was so helpful. Now I have a lot to share and would like to help YOU! I hope that if you’re feeling new, alone or skeptical in your journey to natural healing with dōTerra essential oils, you can find a friend here.
