Back to School Germs: How to PREVENT illness, Part 5

You are what you eat, sort of. Do eat lots of fruit. Do eat lots of veggies. Do eat lots of leafy greens. Do eat a variety of food with a rainbow of nutrients. Do eat fresh produce in season. Do snack on all of the above. I like to set a bowl of cut up carrots or apples on the table for my kids [and me] to snack on all day. If it’s there, they will eat it.
