Back to School Germs: What to do if you get SICK, Part 4

Drink more water. Seriously. You’re drowning, I know. Up the water [not juice, not Gatorade, NOT MILK, just plain water] to as close to ounces in body weight possible. That means, if they weigh 55 pounds, aim for 55-60 ounces of water. This will aid their poor little body in flushing out the bad junk that has collected inside. A good rule of thumb: their urine should be clear. If it isn’t, they need to drink more water.
